Using only two-type models in a store, despite all their advantages, is not the best solution. They do not allow drinks to be poured simultaneously, and the situation when two customers order different types served by one defoamer is not uncommon. In this case, the second customer will have to spend some time waiting while the drink ordered earlier is poured.
Equipping an establishment with only single-type options would be an equally bad idea - it takes up more space, and the cost of one flow will be higher.
The best option is to combine single-type and dual-type devices. Not every type of beer is in high demand: popular items in the assortment of any store are usually about one third. They need to be connected to single defoamers so that the customer does not have to wait for their turn. Drinks that are less in demand are connected to dual-channel models.
